PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICES

Archaeological Services WYAS provide professional photographic services for a wide range of clients in both public and private sectors. We have at our disposal a fully equipped darkroom which ensures that control is retained over the quality of all finished work. A combination of skill and experience enables us to undertake the most demanding types of photographic projects.

Services offered include:

  • architectural record photography
  • archaeological record photography
  • rectified photography
  • press and publicity photography
  • publication photography
  • aerial photography.

The service also has a wealth of experience in photographing archaeological artefacts, document copying, slide copying and portraiture. Darkroom activities include processing and printing black and white film, printing to scale, printing to archival standards, reprographic work (diffusion transfer process), E6 processing and handling and safe copying of glass slides and negative plates.

A wide range of cameras are used including large format, medium format, 35mm and digital. Archaeological Services WYAS prides itself on an effective management system which assures clients that work is completed on time and within budget. All work is fully documented.
